Santorum: how can anyone be so black and white?
He’s right that the Supreme Court is NOT the law of the land per se, but he missed the target when he said subjective “just” law was the law of the land. THE CONSTITUTION is the law of the Land. WHY does no one say that?
Then Santorum sings the praises of unconstitutional federal minimum wage which 1) IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL (STOP - you should go no further, however, apparently we have to 2) raises business costs and thus prices 3) brings layoffs and shorter hours to offset the higher costs 4) sends business to China, Japan, and Mexico. STUPID!!!!
