Thanks, Publius, for the post about the Reagan Library.

Watching Reagan’s funeral in 2004, I was struck by the beauty of the place, and resolved that someday I would visit.

I respect and admire Reagan so much. I voted for him twice and the 80s were a very good time for me and my family.

It is on my bucket list.

Good grief... he says the lecturns are going to be only 20 inches apart? That’s close enough to punch someone....

I visited in 2001, shortly before 9/11.....it was lovely and serene..

...found myself laughing in the gift shop.....a running video of Reagan’s famous remarks, looping over and over......he was adorable!

A wonderful memorable time!
