I think it’s not a serious adult, but because he has looooooow energy, is eastern bred, mannerly to a fault, but experienced as governor, and out of his league for the presidency. Hillary would blow him over. He is reticent, shy and uncertain.
Yup. And Jeb has that annoying "Please like me! Please like me!" demeanor that Romney had. Ugh..
