Vaccines do have risks.

But... (of course there’s a but), they have wiped out major disease threats.

I’m old enough to have been in the first group to get the polio vaccine - that was a real epidemic, and a real nightmare for me getting the 3 shots.

While hating to see a manufactured "controversy", my Inner Libertarian, that flawed citizen with natural rights, gives equal time to things like vaccines and said "public interest".
