This is backwards. The four lesser candidates are going to get plenty of time to speak while the other 11 candidate, some of which actually have a chance to win, are going to barely get anytime at all.
They should have had 11 in the "kid's table" and the top 4 in the prime time debate (Trump; Carson; Cruz; Jebbie)
