I agree. Clearly not accidental and should be at least 2nd degree assault (felony - assault with a deadly weapon). No different than hitting someone in the head with a bottle or pipe.
They are not one wit more violent than they have always been
What has changed is they no longer fear whites because whites have become weak

I had this conversation yesterday with a white friend who lives in Buckhead Atlanta
He was talking about open black hostility to whites in urban Atlanta
His comment was between this and Muslim invasion of Europe that the white race as we know it is done for
And the world will pay a terrible price
Well, that demographic has been oppressed for 450 years and it is only natural that that demographic strikes back with violence to vent their anger. Yes I am being sarcastic but that line of thinking is being encouraged by the Regime and other rabble rousers.
