I went to jail for assault once- THANK GOD I was able to prove I was not even home at the time, and the psycho bitch lost the kids over it.
There are entire websites devoted to framing men. I even saw it on her computer with titles like “Now He’s In Jail... What Next?”
I even had to argue with the prosecutor to get him to press charged I filed against her for false arrest. He said “You’re only doing this to get back at her”.
I said “No, I am the only one who had a CRIME committed against me- she had me removed from MY OWN HOUSE and I lost business and at least $10,000 as surely as if she had stolen it from me. I threatened to file a writ of mandamus if he did not proceed.
The divorce court has nothing to do with fairness. It is two lawyers fighting with each other until all the money is gone, followed by a stupid decision.
