Jindal: Trump is a madman who must be stopped I'm not sure I would go quite that far. I don't trust that he has converted and become a genuine conservative, but I do not think he is a "madman"

The one who sounds like a madman, as well as desperate, is Jindal. He should not be running. Under the Constitution he does not qualify.
