Funny how I didn't hear about this on ESPN.

Although I do not watch more than 30 minutes of football a year, I may have to watch Sherman. Bravo!
Now be aware your career may be over.

For this, he should get the ESPY Courage Award. But first he’d have to cut off his nuts.

Refreshing to hear from a grown-up who is also an athlete. Good for you, Mr. Sherman!

The first time I heard of Sherman was the post Superbowl game and I thought he was a loud-mouthed jerk. Over time, however, I have heard him speak outside the emotion of winning a Superbowl, and he is articulate and thinks before he speaks. Alas, his message is most likely going to fall on deaf ears because blacks prefer to think they are victims and it’s much easier to blame someone else for your problems than face the truth and look in the mirror for the real source of your lot in life. I hope blacks start to listen to his message, but idiots like Al and Jesse will try to silence him. Still, he is a model of someone who wanted something, worked hard, and got what he wanted...and did it without playing the victim.

He hit the all the nails on the head. We want to see what is holding us back? - Just look in the mirror.
Basically a secular versions of the fact that we are all sinners - in the same boat. He left out the part that we are saved only through the Grace of God - but from a secular viewpoint - spot on.
I apologize for previous misjudgments of character (although the way he took off on Crabtree was uncalled for)...
