That is not a "fact." That is a tendentious slur. He wants a single payer system for the bottom rung of society that is currently not covered.
This is a quote from Trump at the Fox debate:
“As far as single payer, it works in Canada. It works incredibly well in Scotland.”
So why are many Canadians coming to the U.S., because they have to wait so long for healthcare.
Plus, I’ve heard it does not work “incredibly well” in Scotland either.
