He fired a Christian fire chief for writing a book about Christianity.
In the interest of fairness he's actually been a very strong supported of a major cleanup of corruption and theft in the water department. Yeah, it surprised me too. I know some of the guys who've been arresting and firing people and they say that Mayor Reed has backed them 100%.
