Shanks is a Navy veteran. Pulled a very good move by taking off and the suddenly stopping causing the trooper to rear end his vehicle. Troopers airbags went off, stunning him and blinding him and making him an easy kill. Suspect needs to be summarily dealt with. His family needs to be visited with a very serious plan in mind.

Well, the obvious answer is to seize all guns owned by Navy veterans and suspend their driver’s licenses. I’ll go and turn in my license but sorry about the guns, boating accident and all that, they’ll need to drag the entire length of the Great Pee Dee with magnets. Actually that would be a good idea anyway.
