Israeli police raided the plaza outside Jerusalem's al-Aqsa mosque on Sunday in what they said was a bid to head off Palestinian attempts to disrupt visits by Jews and foreign tourists.
The Jordanian government on Sunday condemned Israel for what it terms as the "storming" of Muslim holy sites in Jerusalem's Old City.
Israeli police raided the plaza outside Jerusalem's al-Aqsa mosque on Sunday in what they said was a bid to head off Palestinian attempts to disrupt visits by Jews and foreign tourists on the eve of the Jewish New Year.
The Palestinian youths, Israeli police said in a statement, had intended "to disrupt the routine of visits to the Temple Mount on the eve of Rosh Hashana", the Jewish New Year, which begins at sunset on Sunday.

“If only You would tear the heavens open and come down, so that mountains would quake at Your presence.” Isaiah 64:1
Does not islamism cause desolation where ever it is allowed to grow?
Is this not a 3rd temple already?
It's unarguably the 3rd one built on that site.
Somehow that IS going to happen (not saying you disagree).
How we get there, exactly, is unknown. /Captain Obvious
I think that we will shortly find that it was built on the Antonio fortress site. The temple site is the garden area on the other side of the wailing wall.
I’m sure he would say something like ‘pleased to meet you, hope you guess my name’.
But it’s not the Third Temple that’s mentioned in The Bible is it?
We agree that Islam is a Satanic “religion”, but I mean the Jewish Third Temple as mentioned in Revelation, which it tells us The Anti-Christ enters.
So build the Third Temple and well, the world is f-cked.
Why can’t all this be happening in say 100 years, why does this have to be happening now, typical bad luck.
As a 25 year old, with a 3 year old and a small baby, it makes me think, what was the bloody point.
Did we ask for this insanity gripping the world? No.
.....Or rather, threatening to build across from the WTC site. That is now history.
Building a mosque is a sign of conquest.
Maybe not. We’ll see how it plays out.
BUT, if we’re around for the last half of the Tribulation, the Great Tribulation, then yes, it will be very, very bad times indeed. Nazi Germany will seem almost mild by comparison.
And that is very, very scary. Not as scary as taking the Mark of the Beast, of course. Nor as permanent.
[Did we ask for this insanity gripping the world? No.]
Actually, yes we did. We let Satan loose on planet Earth. As the god of this world and the prince of this world, his disciples are wreaking his destruction wherever they can.
Ouch.
“BUT, if were around for the last half of the Tribulation”
Am I a coward for not wanting to be around for that? I have a very low pain threshold.
What the.....what am I seeing? An image of Satan?
But WE didn’t let Satan loose, the lunatic Leftists did, so I think it’s very unfair that we have to take this crap as well, why can’t the Leftists just get the crap thrown at them.
I did a search of abomination and desolation, the book of Revelation didn't appear.
Daniel however did.

Read carefully. Just the words. It makes no claim of religious orientation other than the sacrifices shall be stopped, and indeed they are.
Let me tell you sister, no sane person wants to go through that period.
I’m right there with ya.
Accept the Mark of the Beast, buy and sell, eat and live, burn in the Lake of Fire forever.
Reject the Mark of the Beast, get killed of it, live with Almighty God and Christ forever.
Pretty stark choices coming to the world.
Satan looking upon a reflection of himself?
Yes, so hopefully we’ll all go in the first wave.
We ALL did. Eve and then Adam, and we each would have made the same choices. And we’ve all followed Satan’s rebellion in one form or another. We’re all guilty as charged.
There is none righteous, no not one. That’s why we rejoice in the Messiah.
Romans 3:10-12 English Standard Version (ESV)
10 as it is written:
None is righteous, no, not one;
11
no one understands;
no one seeks for God.
12
All have turned aside; together they have become worthless;
no one does good,
not even one.
Amen
