My rhetorical question for everyone is: if a more moderate or GOP-E candidate is the VP running mate, will that change your mind about the 2016 election???

With whom at he top?
If Trump, I can't see him choosing a "moderate or even a GOPe candidate," unless it's a calculated, Electoral choice and that would mean VP Kasich.

more moderate or GOP-E candidate is the VP running mate Which is how GHW Bush was Reagan's VP. Bush 41 was elected because it was really Reagan's 3rd term, and then Bush 41 lost the election for Reagan's 4th term to Clinton. That was all on Bush.

As long as it's not a Bush.
The last time a Bush was Vice President, the President got shot less than 90 days into his first term.

If Trump asks a GOPe to be his running mate, THAT would probably change my mind. This election is bigger than politics, it is for the survival of the Republic.
If elected Trump will be a bigger target than any president in the past 100 years. His VP must be somewhere to his right on damn near everything. If for no other reason than insurance. I know there are others but Michelle Bachmann comes to mind.
