He and his henchmen have been working this out legally for a long time. The census bureau has been asking extensive questions of residents to find out where resettlement of muslims can do the most damage to residential strongholds of Christians, whites, Republicans or conservatives. He has passed regulatons giving government agencies the power to subsidize low-income residents in moderate-income or even high-income areas, regardless of local laws or dues paid in gated communities trying to maintain their property values. Notice how he has gathered up the endorsement of several of the left-leaning church denominations that were once mainstream Christian institutions, but are now extensions of the Democrat and Federal immigration services, who are pumping money into these so-called "faith-based" NGOs and also "calling the tune".
