Kurds were pretty instrumental in the Armenian genocide. Don’t think they get along.

That would do the job—

but the problem is the Turks used Kurds as mercenaries in the 1915 Armenian Genocide where so many Armenians were slaughtered.

That was then, but Armenians still look at Kurds with less than trust.
