To: Cincinatus' Wife

In the agency I worked for, union dues were only deducted from employees who Elected to belong to a union. There were four different craft unions. Walker is saying he would prevent those dues from being deducted even if the employee voluntarily joined a union?

Yes. you can still pay your dues, but the government won't do it for you. you'll have to actually write a check.
