Please explain to me how you are going to keep them in the place where you put them?
This is a free nation with no borders between states and cities.
Put them in Omaha and they can travel to New York the next day with nobody knowing.
Europe is doing the same stupidity.....thinking if each country takes X number of migrants, that they will stay in those countries.
