Why couldn’t they be lights? Why four of them in a row? Not disputing. Just wondering. Not disputing.

Well, they COULD well be lights. I entered my comment meaning for it to be directed at those earlier posters claiming the lights were reflections of computer monitors or televisions (neither or which would typically be square now-a-days). But yes, I wouldn’t rule out them being lights which could certainly be square.

But, to dispute myself, aren’t those square light panels usually composed of an array of small bulbs or some kind of light emitter?

I think they could possibly be a teleprompter, but why four reflections on his glasses. That doesn’t make sense unless they are 4 lights.
