That was a remote setup, so he might have a monitor to see the face of the interviewer reading the questions, which is okay.

That said, in this interview, and in the Hillary Rodham Clinton interview with Andrea Mitchell both John Ellis Bush and HRC are CONSTANTLY shaking their head from side to side, as if they are saying "no" to what they are saying. Body language pros tell speakers NOT to do this, and yet both do it. Inetresting.

DEFINITELY TELEPROMPTERS. If they were TVs or computer monitor screens, they would have 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratios. The reflected screens are essentially SQUARE which would be akin to the aspect ration of many teleprompters.

What is ALSO interesting is how Jindal was READING from (prepared) notes, on his attack of Trump. If this smear was from Jindal’s heart why on Earth did he read it from notes??!! If he needs notes to say what he said about Trump, then Jindal is NOT ready for prime time.

Well, they COULD well be lights. I entered my comment meaning for it to be directed at those earlier posters claiming the lights were reflections of computer monitors or televisions (neither or which would typically be square now-a-days). But yes, I wouldn’t rule out them being lights which could certainly be square.
