He has come to believe there is no political solution for the problems we have. Frustration sucks, and he is starting to take it out on all those that refuse to see it is way. Sad really because he is right on a lot of issues like the Caliphate, it is just that the politicians make everything political.
I feel the same way. Politics of course must rest upon a moral foundation; once that has been damaged, the problem has gone beyond politics. That is where we are now. Politics, separate from a moral and spiritual reawakening, can't save us.
I think this is what Beck sees. But he isn't the only one, most of us also see that. You know Cruz and Palin see it, he of all people should know that.
Nobody is perfect, I don't expect perfection. I like people who fight. I guess that even includes Beck, too, on his good days. I came to admire him at Fox, he seemed to be the only one doing any real reporting. He was one of a very few prepared to fight. It bothers me now to hear him apologizing for the remarkable work he did there.
I admire the fact that he is building his own network after getting 86'd from Fox.
I don't understand his stance on gayism, though, and I don't understand his attack on Palin. Maybe like you say, the frustration or the pressure is getting to him. Who knows what you go through when you build a network from zero.
