Walker: “Americans will look at the Clinton scandals closely…The American people want elected officials to operate within the same rules as everyone else.”
That is not calling her a criminal directly or even indirectly. Perhaps weasel worded statements like that are why Walker is not gaining all of the traction I thought he would?
