I don't know what the candidates themselves actually think. It seems that this ridiculous squabble is being fed by those around them and/or just the media rabble-rousing. If Huckabee was bothered, then he shouldn't have been. I doubt he really was. If so, it probably is because he does not have a lot of campaign cash and quite a bit was spent on this event. I don't know. I just think we need all the support we can get for this issue. Mutually assured destruction is a bad idea.

Not to scold or shame, but to hope that greater wisdom might prevail in the future. The Founding Fathers were teamwork, not some egotistical squabble that bitterly spat George Washington into the top spot. If they knew something even though their politics sometimes harshly clashed, then maybe moderns can learn too.

Also it wasn’t Huck but a Huck agent who intercepted Cruz. Who knows what the agent was believing to be the right thing to do, or why.

Folks seem to be so quick to get incensed and to figure out things to blame.

This was fed by the NY Times reporters who though they would interview Cruz.
And the framers fought like hell, they were not all exactly go along to get along.
I am going back to just looking at headlines. Some posters are so uninformed, unwilling to look at anything but their own dreaded thoughts. Wish I had read that opus thread the other night.
