How can he tell when he wasn’t even paying attention to driving? He was oblivious to what was going on when he sailed into the woman in front of him without even applying the brake. He even continued into the car in front of her when she was knocked out of the way. He was busy doing something else. God knows what!

Even if Bruce went under the knife, surgical genital manipulation does not change gender. Bruce was born with XY chromosomes, and will never have XX chromosomes. Gender can not be changed, no such thing as a “transgender”. People can do strange things in surgery, the genetics that determine gender (XX or XY) will not be altered.)
That only applies until some scientist engineers a retro virus that goes in and deletes the Y chomosome and duplicates the remaining X chromosome. Of course this could be catastrophic as the retrovirus could mutate and turn all unwilling males into genetic women and it truly would end up in a last man on planet earth sci-fi scenario.....
