Don’t think the argument that it’s treasonous will ever see the light of day. It’s a dangerous accusation with unsurmountable obstacles to make against a sitting President and would amount to nothing more than a soft coup attempt.

Couch it however you want but it’s time to place the Constitution in front of the American People and the feds.

Let the argument be that it is unconstitutional because it violates Art III, Sec 3, Cl 1, and let the Constitution spell it out. An agreement that violates this clause is not the same as accusing a President of treason. It is simply saying that whatever the motive or intent, the agreement itself is illegal.

This is an unconstitutional agreement because it aids and abets our avowed enemy and, therefore, must be declared illegal and unenforceable. The “danger” is what Obama has done and is doing. The danger is what this agreement allows and moves forward. I, and I hope many others, am less worried about the “danger” to the President than the danger this illegal agreement is to America.

Obama has been engaged in “soft” and not so soft coup attempts for the last seven years, just as he promised he would. It’s time for the American People to stand up to his unconstitutional acts which by definition are acts of tyranny.
