Are they talking about replacing him as Speaker during this current session of Congress, before the 2016 elections?
Or are they setting things up for the Speaker election after the 2016 election happens?
We would have to see what happens in the 2016 elections, among other things, to see how big a margin the GOP still has in the House after those elections. And who gets elected president in 2016 could influence the speakership selection process too.
