She’s sticking to the “didn’t knowingly send or receive” and “dispute on whether or not the info really was classified” story.

In the first part, the law doesn’t care if she knew or not.
In the second part, as I’ve read several times here, there’s no such thing as a dispute over if something should or should not be classified. It either is or is not.
