So basically Trump called this one right again. I’m not arguing the constitutionality of the SC, what they can and can’t do, if people should follow the ruling or not. Simply stated,Trump said that someone else in the office should do it or gay couples can get to another county to get it issued. Seems to be that has been the outcome. Whether or not the USCC acted lawlessly or not, the issue should have always been insofar as Kim Davis is concerned at this point in time, is that she should have what in effect amounts to conscientious objector status.
