I’m really anxious to hear the reason for this. Of course, this doesn’t have to follow the law either. I suspect they have come up with another farce to keep all the unexpected publicity down. It just won’t do and they’re desperate.

Great news. However, I don’t watch Daux anymore.
Will pick up on another network.

We need to learn how to fight. I mean really fight. Hit back twice as hard and in force. Never give ground.

Sadly, we have the GOPe shooting us in the back.

SCOTUS said there is a fundamental right to homosexual marriage. This right attaches to individuals who choose to couple. To the extent the state requires a marriage license issued by the state, to recognize the marriage, the SCOTUS decision mandates that states issue marriage licenses initiating homosexual unions.

Okay - hear me out on this. I think she should have been jailed, but not for the reasons that she was. I remember a minister named David Wilkerson who felt led to go into a courtroom in NYC back in the early 1970s. He was arrested and thrown in jail over this incident and the next day -his face was all over the front pages of the newspapers. God allowed this to prepare him for acceptance with the gangs that he was to reach with the gospel. I sort of see this as a similar situation for Kim - God allowed it to happen to shed light on this unconstitutional decree from the black robed commies. Now, the light has been shined - let’s see what God’s plan is for all of this.

This judge is an idiot. She's going to go down to the court house and tell her employees to STOP issuing fraudulent documents with her name on them. Duh.

Then I imagine he'll put her back in jail.

Sounds like he regrets the jailing outcome and wants to switch to heavy sanctions.

“violation of this Order and appropriate sanctions will be considered.”

Notice that doesn’t say “thrown back in jail”.

I’m betting that he’ll avoid jail the next time around.

So the non-elected employees rule over the elected boss. Wow kind of like ValJar and the federal agency heads.

It would be interesting for her to require her deputies to print or type in the space for her signature “By order of Judge David Bunning (nnn) nnn-nnnn” (where the phone number is his home phone).

Kim Davis was a martyr in jail and she would only hurt the LGBT activists and their agenda sitting in a jail cell.

The lawyers for the plantiffs wanted her fined, not jailed.

Watch out for fines in the future.....

If her name is on the paperwork approving the marriage licenses she will not comply with what they are ordering her to do.

Point of clarification: Sen. Jim Bunning is a devout Catholic and Constitutional conservative. That was how David was raised, however, I do not know David’s personal religious views or political stances.

NBC Los Angeles states the judge now says she mustn’t interfere with other staff members issuing licenses.

Her name is still affixed to the licenses.

The 6th Circuit Appeal probably would have been against his jailing.

The 6th Circuit ruled against Davis to begin with. I don't think they'd interfere with Bunning's contempt ruling.

In a two-page order issued Tuesday, the judge who sent her to jail, David L. Bunning of the Federal District Court, said he would release Ms. Davis because he was satisfied that her office was “fulfilling its obligation to issue marriage licenses to all legally eligible couples.”

Judge Bunning ordered that Ms. Davis “shall not interfere in any way, directly or indirectly, with the efforts of her deputy clerks to issue marriage licenses to all legally eligible couples.” He he said that any such action would be regarded as “a violation” of his released order.
