Action plan? Try starting with the ONLY question to ask when it comes to federal action: IS IT CONSTITUTIONAL? If the Constitution doesn’t authorize it, it is INVALID federal action and is by definition tyranny. States MUST reject and nullify unconstitutional federal action and move to protect their citizens form such tyranny.
READ the Constitution and the Ninth and Tenth Amendments. You don’t have to change an unconstitutional SCOTUS decision becasue the feds don’t want to get fixed. It is up to the individual states to stand up to federal tyranny, not unlike what the colonies had to do 250 years ago. We’re in the same fight against tyranny.
