And what you read was absolute garbage.
First of all, it isn’t true - I know the man and he is a Christian, and more of one than I am. But, secondly, even if it was true, it would never have been something there was any evidence for. It could have triggered a constitutional crisis.
So basically any such story is made up. It would almost certainly be made up, even if it happened to be true - which it isn’t. I actually didn’t realise how devoutly Christian he was until recently. I thought he was fairly agnostic and simply went along with Anglicanism because of his role. It turns out he is actually genuinely Christian - more so than the majority of people still in the Church of England (but it would be awkward for him to change Churches even if he wanted to).
He not anti-Muslim - as long as we’re talking about those who simply want to practice their religion in peace and not cause problems for anybody else, and he will treat those people with respect - but he is more aware than most people of the fact that there are many who profess Islam who are not peace minded and he has no time for them at all.
I'll take your word for it. However Great Britain ceased to be a Christian nation at least a couple of decades ago. For the most part British citizens are ambivalent about Christianity and probably could care less if their king was an Anglican or a Muslim. They's probably prefer he was an atheist like them.
She had nothing but good things to say about Prince Charles - and Camilla.
Knee jerk reaction is rather tiresome.
