B.
I’ve lived on a big lake my entire life stuffed with idiots from every corner of TX and have never heard of a boat exploding. ‘Specially a .25 million dollar one.
I doubt they were bored and pulling a ‘panama maneuver’.

A very expensive avoidance trick in the movie ‘Sahara’. Worth rounding up on the youtubes.

I had a neighbor that did have his boat blow up from fumes in the engine compartment.
It killed his wife and dog. He suffered third degree burns on over 90% of his body. His hospitalization and rehab took many years.

Well, I grew up near the Santa Cruz Mountains .. and as far as I know those mountains are still full of the seedier side of life.
