it seems to me that some people from outside the area are going to Rowan County with the intent of being turned away - theater.
There is little question that Davis has been targeted.
“Sahara Gentry and Kayla Stamper tried to get a marriage”
“Gentry says she came to the clerk’s office because she wanted to see the faces of the people being turning down.”
Plus they drove an hour. The county is not that big. Where are Gentry and Stamper from?
I’d be willing to bet that they all are coming from outside the area.
