Did you read the article? What should be, and what are currently the law are two different things.
I read it. I was pointing out the author was comparing apples to oranges. Comparing private enterprise employment arrangements to politicians is misleading and presents a flawed premise to the debate. It is typical liberal misdirection or just plain idiotic logic that conservatives fall for all of the time.
