No mention of being married (REAL married, not fake). It's curious this line was mentioned in Wikipedia when he was up for confirmation...

"On December 10, 2001, representatives of the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Federal Judiciary testified before the United States Senate Committee of the Judiciary for the AMA's majority opinion that Bunning was unqualified for the position of a Federal District Court Judge due to his age of 35, a lack of complex civil case experience as a federal attorney, and his "middle-of-the-class law school" experience at the University of Kentucky."

Well if Judge Bunning isn’t married and is gay I see a huge problem with his ruling because it means it wasn’t impartial and objective. Moreover I wonder who contacted his office initially to get him involved in the process? These qre questions that need to be answered because he has set a dangerous precedent.

That must be the very first time that the ABA got it right on a judicial appointment. May we add that he was not only a mediocre student but, other than government, he NEVER represented an actual client. Clearly, lifetime appointments for black-robed federal judicial a**holes was one of the worst blunders of the Founders.

Jim Bunning was a great pitcher and a great senator but apparently along with his wife, a piss poor parent.

Reality check: Trump has said that his rampaging pro-abort federal district judge sister would make a great appointment to the SCOTUS. Who gets the first appointment? David Bunning or Trump’s sister? This is not personal but it does raise the question of the lack of consistency in rightfully objecting to David Bunning and his role in perverting the USA but not Trump who also allowed a “transgender” to compete in his Miss Universe contest.

Perhaps his long years of side work at the local fudge factory, packaging fudge for those who desired it, weighed in the balance?
