It isn’t. In fact even in Kentucky it never was a problem. Gays could go to neighboring counties or even go to a judge who was willing to officiate their marriage.

Even in the case of the Colorado Christian Baker, there were many other bakers willing to bake the gay wedding cake.

It’s not and never about the license. It’s about COERCION. It’s about FORCING devout Christians to conform.

I fear that, within the next five years, legislation will be put into place declaring that religious ceremonies will no longer be recognized. Only a civil ceremony will be considered valid for legal purposes.
