She should be suspended from her duties and impeached. No pay. She refused to issue not only lisences for gays but all licenses. She is shirking her duties and should be let go.
She needs to be released from jail and sent home. Her next job can be somewhere she can enjoy her work. Something that doesn’t go against her faith.
The flight attendant and anyone else who wants to play these games? Fire them all. Worthless, lazy people who want to put God or their creator as a reason to not work? Whatever.
If the people of KY feel that Davis is not peforming her duties then she should be impeached and if during her impeachment hearings it is determined that she is guilty, then she should be removed from office. That is the proper procedure - the rule of law that should be followed.
She should not be put in jail to try to force her to violate her conscience or to force her to resign. That is not the way America is supposed to be.
As for the muslim, I agree she should be fired for not doing her job, but unfortunately the employer may be forced by the government to offer “reasonable accommodation.” If the muslim has to receive reasonable accommodation then why not the Christian?
I would never hire a muslim let alone vote for one.
