A federal judge has denied a transgender teenager’s request to allow him to use the same bathroom as his peers at his public school in Virginia.
Instead, the judge ruled Friday, the teenager must continue using a separate, private bathroom that he has said makes him feel “singled out and humiliated.”
Gavin Grimm, a teenage boy who was born female, used the boys’ bathroom for seven weeks with no problem, according to the American Civil Liberties Union, which brought a lawsuit against the Gloucester County School Board on his behalf.
But then parents heard about the teen using the boys’ restroom and complained. The school board passed a rule, 6 to 1, that restricts the bathrooms to students of the “corresponding biological genders.”

You know, when freaks do the ‘I`m a girl in boys body’ trip, the girls are often intimidated, but many boys are still aggressive enough to kick the ass of the freak in this case, all depends on the area and demographics.
A Christian country would have no problems doing the right thing about this idiotic insane sh1t.
I think having a private bathroom at home would be pretty cool. In fact, it’s one of the things I’d like to achieve before I die (hopefully without having all my family members predecease me).
His peers would be transgender and I would have no problem with him using the same bathroom as other trans genders.
They have a mental problem, not a physical problem.
Or, they have a fetish for modifying their body. But no amount of modification can change your gender, which is defined at birth.
It is sexist to say that any man or woman has to think, feel or act a certain way. When a man “feels” like a woman, it means they’ve been programmed with a sexist notion of what a man should or can be. No thought or feeling is inappropriate for either gender to feel, therefore no feeling you have should give you any reason to think you need to “change” your gender with surgeries.
So it seems that these situations are entirely decided by judges according to their whims? I agree with this decision.
But can anyone tell me why when the situation is reversed - a boy dressing in drag claiming to be a girl - the judge decides to allow that ‘boy/girl’ to use the girls’ facilities - restrooms and lockers? Were both of the judges males? Just curious.
What gender you are and what bathroom you use is defined by your sex organs, not what you look like.

Wrong. Why do men have nipples?

I have 3 1/2 bathrooms in my house. None of them are marked "Men" or "Women". You go in there, do your business, and get out.
You go flying on an airplane. Nothing there is marked "Men" or "Women" either. The door will simply say occupied or unoccupied. If unoccupied, you go in there, regardless of what sex you are, latch the door, do your business and get out.
You go to Europe...well, you get the picture.
One time I wandered into the women's bathroom by accident. I was maybe 20 years old, going on leave from the Marine Corps. I was at a Greyhound station in Los Angeles. I had other things on my mind when I went into the women's room and did my business, so to speak. I was curious why there were no urinals in there. But I grabbed a stall, did my thing, and went to wash my hands. I then realized there were a couple of women at the other sinks, doing makeup and such. They looked at me and just kind of giggled. Not the "hysterical screaming" you see in the movies. I just walked out of there and said to myself "Well that was kind of weird."
When a man “feels” like a woman, it means he has been programmed with a sexist notion of what a man should or can be.
That insight also works if you substitute "woman" for "man."
The media just openly lies. The teen is a girl, not a boy. A GIRL.
