So when President Obama holds himself above “false” law its not okay, but if future President Trump submits to “false” law its also not okay? It seems to me you are advocating that its okay if we do it but not okay if the other guy does it.

If Trump's willing to go with ONE standard... the same one for liberals as conservatives - I'm OK with this... We should all follow the law... Not liberal elites above it and traditional Americans held to the highest standard possible. That said, civil disobedience is part of the culture and this case should go to the Supreme Court... *(after Trump has made some appointments)
