I wasn't--just an Air Force member whose job required the clearance. And since we're on the subject, every classified program in the military has associated, clearly written guidance on exactly what makes documents that refer to the program classified. It could be a certain system capability, or the association of a capability with a certain country, etc. Hillary was absolutely responsible for ensuring anything she wrote was reviewed for proper classification. There were plenty of qualified people she could ask if she was uncertain or flat-out didn't know.
