How do you solve the illegal immigration problem by increasing the number and speed of processing legal immigrants? Is your objective to legalize all the illegals? Is that why you think that the illegals are coming into this country because we are not allowing more legal immigrants?

The reason you fix the legal immigration process is to gain political support for all of the other elements of fixing the ILLEGAL immigration problem.
