50 year old “immigrant.”

And the sign was on private property blocking both access to home and business (from the street.)

If the guard didn’t have the right to take it, police should have been called. Dude had no right to attack the guard.

A fifty year old immigrant who has lived here for thirty years. That means he is very likely a citizen, is almost certainly here legally (Reagan's amnesty was in 1986) and regardless there's no actual indication that he is or ever was here illegally.

And the sign was on private property blocking both access to home and business (from the street.)

I can't really tell from the pictures or video, but it looks to me that he was on the sidewalk which IS NOT private property.

Trump is running for president, there will be protesters, he no longer has the protection from defamation that he would as a private citizen. Trump needs to realize all of this.

If the guard didn’t have the right to take it, police should have been called. Dude had no right to attack the guard.

It looked to me that he was just trying to get his sign back. However, right around the 3 second mark (and about a second before he was hit), someone walks in front of the camera, so I can't be certain.

Trump is used to getting his own way and being in very controlled situations. All of that is changing and he either needs to learn how to deal with it or get out.

I see you are another law school flunky. The New York Penal code says that if you use physical force against someone who is trying to recover property which you have stolen, then you are guilty of Third Degree Robbery. Look it up.
