Dude in suit next to wall started after security guard but little dude that was punched grabbed him.
Maybe the little dude just likes to grab bigger guys in suits?
I think the second man, in suit, might be a hotel employee. Probably not part of the security team, but was going to get as close to security as he could, if he needed to. Once he realized he could hold the latino dude back, he stepped back into place.
