If I am stressed, I change it to Easy Listening. It is so relaxing. Just found out today that my 3rd eyes’ surgery is the 17th. That gives me time to get really stressed! My surgeon is one of the best in the country so I should not worry but I do when it concerns my eyes. I hope this one is it.
