From what I understand of this, SCOTUS nullified KY law because KY only recognizes 1 man 1 woman as marriage.
Ergo there is no law now in KY regarding any marriage what so ever, therefore she has no authority to issue ANY licence....is that correct??
PS, I think KY should tell the Feds to take a flying leap.
Suggest that KY provide a $5,000 check, tax free, to any married couple that has a natural baby in the future.
