It’s a no win. You can’t say she’s within her rights then say we need to get rid of sanctuary cities. If you are a public official you carry out the law. If you don’t agree with the law resign.

I completely disagree!

She is upholding Kentucky law. It doesn’t matter what the Supreme Court said - there is no Kentucky law mandating same sex marriage. And the Supreme Court did not write a new law for her to follow, they cant do that. They give opinions, they don’t legislate law. So she is actually obeying existing Kentucky law which is very explicit.

While there ARE immigration laws being broken, and any official not enforcing those are breaking their oaths and duties. So I don’t see how being against what happened to Mrs. Clark means you have to be ok with sanctuary cities.
