The Fed Gov has no authority in the matter.
Cruz is the man of honor, and those such as yourself should wither in shame.

Seems that the State of Kentucky feels differently, else it would have intervened.
That's the way I see it. Picking on some lowly clerk is intimidation of the people when the Feds should be addressing these issues with the state's legislature.
