If so then equally apropos would be to fire her... this martyring is ridiculous. But evil is like that. It becomes blind with rage and wants to make an example of how it domineers, not realizing the precarious position it puts itself into.
They can’t fire her. It’s an elected position. They can impeach hr but the Legislature isn’t in session.
She is an elected official, so she can't be "fired". She could be recalled by the voters in her county or impeached by the state legislature, but the court has no authority to strip her of her office.
Exactly, firing would at least have a defendable basis for them. Instead they have chosen insanity.
