The attention whores attacking this clerk would do better to go to their state house.

And this judge (whatever their agenda is) needs to calm down, and read the law there in Kentucky, before throwing around their weight like that.

Isn’t Kentucky a Commonwealth? Maybe someone with more info can help me out, but I thought Commonwealths within the Union stipulated their state Constitution and laws supersede the U.S. Constitution. In other words, in such a case as this, SCOTUS can rule as it may, Kentucky does not have to abide.

I’m probably wording it all wrong, hoping someone has some insight.
