The court decision, which should have been 9-0 rejecting a right to homosexual marriage, overturned anything in Kentucky law prohibiting two homosexuals from getting married.
Again - can a county clerk who believes remarriage is adultery refuse to issue a marriage license to someone who is divorced and wants to be married?
Yes! How many times are you going to ask the same stupid question? The clerk says “Sorry, I have a problem with remarriage, there are other clerks who can help you.” No problem at all.

Had the court ruled that Jews could have their property seized and be loaded onto cattle cars have you still urging her to "do her job"?
So has "do your job" now become the rebuttal to the Nazi's lament that they "were just doing their job." ?
What is the threshold for disobedience from you? What new perversion or atrocity does it take for you to say someone should refuse to "do their job"?
KY law states that marriage is ONLY between a man and a woman. Overturning those laws means that there is no law, and therefore no authority to issue licenses.
Your argument proves your folly.
